For loved ones

Dear Parents & Loved ones,
It is our pleasure to have your son or daughter on board with us this summer at Project Impact. During college your student faces questions far more difficult than any classroom exam. They will choose what they value, and the priorities that will govern their direction. For most of the students who participate in Proect Impact, this means they have decided to move toward learning how to walk with God and honor Him with their lives.

What is Project?

  • Project Impact is an ten-week summer discipleship program. Our purpose is to help participating students deepen and pursue their relationship with Jesus Christ. Project Impact focuses on preparing participants to consistently apply God’s word, value and understand the necessity of prayer, obtain the skills for sharing their own faith story, and in building authentic community. Summer Projects allow students the opportunity to spend their entire summer joined with those others around them in a focused pursuit of God
Developing Leaders
  • Healthy thriving Churches need spiritually mature and effective lay leaders, and what better place to find potential leaders than the college campus. That is why Project Impact is so dedicated to helping impact leadership of tomorrow by equipping the students of today. The summer provides priceless opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow in interpersonal relationships. Also, working a full-time job and living with others will permit growth in character and responsibility.

Thank you!
  • We would like to do whatever we can to set your mind at rest you and to keep you informed of what your son or daughter has chosen to be apart of this summer. Feel free to contact us at anytime via phone or email.

In Christ,

Project Impact Staff

Throughout the Week

  • Group Leaders and Staff will get personal life on life time with the participants in their group helping them learn how to apply God’s word to their daily lives.
  • Students learn the importance of spending time alone with God as they learn how to practically make God the preeminent thing in their lives.
  • Live in Community:
    • Live in a group with other people.
    • Usually groups consist of one leader and 4 participants.
    • These groups are designed to help students develop life skills (such as budgeting & shopping, cooking, and cleaning, etc.), relationship skills (healthy conflict resolution, communication skills, personal responsibility, etc.), and gives them a close-knit support group in which it learn to practice these skills.
